Our principle office is located in Suffolk County at 116 Greene Ave., Sayville, NY 11782
and we practice in all the Courts of Nassau, Suffolk, Queens, Brooklyn, Bronx,
Westchester and New York Counties.
The principal of the firm, Joseph A. Hanshe Esq. is licensed to practice in all the New York State
Courts and in United States Federal Courts in New York. He is also licensed to practice in the
Unites States Supreme Court in Washington, D.C. A former Professor of Bio-Medical Sciences at
the University level he brings to the law practice a unique understanding of both law and the
forensic sciences; including a diverse background in psychology and abnormal psychology. His

The firm will accept cases in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Domestic Relations Law,
Estates and Trusts, Elder Law, Negligence (auto accidents, slip fall, major accidents) and all areas
of medical malpractice (Hospital, Physician, Dentist, Nurses and Podiatrist). Further, the firm also
accepts matters in Business Law, Bankruptcy and Real Estate Law. We are advisors to a number
of charitable organizations located in New York State and in South India. The firm’s principal,
Joseph A. Hanshe Esq., is on the Board of Directors of several charitable organizations, including
Bethany House (a home for abused, homeless, women and children), Sky Education and World
Community Center, Inc., and the Sharanalayam Orphanage located in Tamil Nadu, South India. A
percentage of the firm’s income goes to supporting these organizations that are dedicated to
relieving pain and suffering of abandoned, sick children and abused women.
We have recently opened our new conflict resolution center. In it we will mediate issues in Family
conflicts, Matrimonial Dissolutions, and other areas amenable to professional conflict assistance.
