Joseph A. Hanshe, Esq

Mr. Hanshe succeeded as the managing attorney for litigating health care and professional negligence in a major New York State law firm with offices in Long Island, New York City, Syracuse, and Latham.  

Litigation and Appellate Attorney: 1986 to present, representing physicians, hospitals and dentists in medical malpractice claims, lawsuits, trials, and appeals in all of the courts of New York State and in all federal jurisdictions.  

Trials experience: 50+ trials to verdict in Supreme, County, and District Courts.

Administrative trial experience also includes representing physicians and dentists before the Office of Professional Medical Conduct of theDepartment of Health (NYS) and
Office of Professional Discipline of the Education Department (NYS).  

In addition, have represented all members of the health care professions in matters related to business entities, their structure and function.

Joseph Hanshe Esq., is on the Board of Directors of several charitable organizations, including Bethany House (a home for abused, homeless, women and children), Sky Education and World Community Center, Inc., and the Sharanalayam Orphanage located in Tamil Nadu, South India.
