How do the law offices of Joseph A. Hanshe P.C. evaluate your malpractice case?

It is our policy to accept only those cases that we deem meritorious after having reviewed the facts of the case with outside, independent, medical practitioners. The firm requests currently practicing clinical professors in the medical profession, associated with major teaching hospitals, for expert opinions on liability issues.  
Upon the review and decision that there was a deviation from accepted standards of practice, we will accept the matter for suit.
