Appointed to the Nassau County 18–b Major Felony Offense Panel in 1987 and to the 18-b Major Offense and Murder panel in Suffolk County. Tried major felony offenses to juries in Nassau County, Suffolk County, and Queens County. Over 28 years experience in Criminal Law matters.

Elder Law, Trusts, & Estates,  Special Needs 

Appointed a Estate and Guardian Court Examiner by the NY State Appellate Division Second Department to protect the rights and assets of Alleged Incapacitated Persons. Member of National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys; Article 81 Guardain and Special Needs Trustee
